Resistant Hypertension & Heart Health Study
For people whose blood pressure stays high even on two or more medications.
When blood pressure stays high despite multiple medications, the risk to heart, brain and kidneys climbs. This study evaluates an investigational treatment for resistant hypertension, with 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and full cardiovascular assessment included.
What participants receive
- 24-hour blood pressure monitoring
- ECG and cardiovascular lab work
- Study medication at no cost
- Compensation for time and travel
Could this study be for you?
You may qualify if you…
- Are 18–80 years of age
- Take 2 or more blood pressure medications
- Have a systolic blood pressure of 140 or higher
You may not qualify if you…
- Have had a cardiovascular event in the past 3 months
- Have severe kidney impairment (eGFR below 30)
